BM Type Graphite Scraper Meter

●    Summary

Graphite scraper meter is special application for the custody transfer of light oil, offer the measurement with high accuracy, and widely use for gasoline,diesel,aviation oil etc. Having the notable features of high accuracy and good repeatability, specially with the accuracy of 0.1% and repeatablity of 0.03% under the flow rate of 12:1, it also has the excellent performance of long time running.

The mechanical register which equipped with meter together will display the volume which pass through the meter,and display the flow rate when equipped with mechanical flow indicator,if we want to act remote transmission control function, here we need to add a pulser emitter at meantime. Depend on the different requirement from customer, the meter also can equipped with intelligent electronic with LCD or OLED display.In order to ensure the highest accuracy of the meter, we can act the special setting when calibration. So it widely use for master meter，it is the best performance of PD meter at present.

●    Operation Principle

When the vane in the position of figure a,vane A and D will stretched out of the rotor thoroughly,then Vane B and C will get into the rotor thoroughly,after the fluid get into the meter,the rotor will start to rotate counterclockwise under promotion by the pressure difference.when the rotor and vane rotate by the round eight molecules one as figure b indicate, Vane A will stretched out of the rotor thoroughly,Vane D start to shrink,Vane C still in the status of shrink,then Vane B start to stretched out of the rotor. when the rotor and vane rotate by the a quarter round as figure c indicate, Vane A still stretched out of the rotor thoroughly and Vane B also, hereafter the fluid which into the meter will form a precisely volume by fulling the space between the Vane A,Vane B,rotor,chamber of measurement body and end cover.Along with the rotation of rotor and vane, it means attach to the position of figure d,the fluid between the Vane A and B will discharge by the action which Vane A was shrink,and at the meantime the Vane C start to stretched out, then the fluid will form a precisely volume again between the Vane B and C, thereby get to the target that measure the fluid.the two pairs vane will discharge four unit volume every rotation, and the movement of rotor rotation will transfer to counter part by the coupling, then act the display on local side or electronic signal transmit.          

●    Characteristics

●    Summary

F type roots flowmeter is a kind of high accuracy positive displacement flowmeter manufactured by our factory introduced Japanese Tokico. F type roots flowmeter is composed of metering part and counting part. Basic type of roots flowmeter can indicate local cumulative flow, if mate with photoelectric flow converter and intelligent flow controller, it can achieve remote measurement and control. It has the features of high accuracy, good reliability, light weight, long life time, easy installation and usage, and is widely used for accurate metering of petroleum products and chemical solutions etc. in such industries as petroleum , chemical, power, metallurgy, traffic, food processing, medicine, national defense, commerce, trade, etc.

●    Operation Principle

When the liquid measured flows through the metering chamber, a differential pressure is formed between the inlet and outlet of flowmeter,which drives rotors rotate (see figure a, b, c and d). Meanwhile, a pair of driving gears coupled to the rotor shaft make two rotors keep rotate continuously. The measuring chamber is made up of “2 cups”,one rotation of rotors will send “4 cups”capacity liquid,so rotors rotation number direct proportion to measured liquid flow,counter . therefore, the total volume discharged can be calculated by adding up the revolution of rotor.

LXC type helical Rotor flowmeter

●    Summary

Helical rotor flowmeter is a kind of new positive displacement flowmeter in the world at present, in which a pair of helical double rotors with special tooth shape is used in the measuring part. It is provided with remarkable characteristics such as high reliability, high accuracy, large flowrate, no pulsation, low noise and strong applicability to fluids; therefore, it is widely applicable to the commercial metering in such industries as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy and traffic, etc.

●    Operation Principle

Helical rotor flowmeter is a positive displacement flowmeter, which directly engages by means of a pair of rotors with four teeth in big helix angle and relevant direction of rotation, and makes use of rotation to measure liquid flowrate. There is no relative sliding motion between rotors; the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of fluid drives the rotors rotating. A force driving rotor to rotate can only drive rotor turning a certain angular degree in the same plane, but in the view of three dimension, two helical rotors can obtain rotary forces shown as the figure below on different stratification planes in any rotating position, and the rotary forces applied on each same rotation angle of two rotors are basically equivalent (see figure a, b, c and d). Consequently, the rotors rotate in constant speed and constant torque, and the displacement is uniform without pulsation. The displacement is the volume of a space formed by rotor teeth slot and housing, 8 times of space volume will be discharged out for every revolution of rotor; therefore, the total volume discharged can be calculated by adding up the revolution of rotor.
